At-Height Tools
As a tower climber working at-height, many times you will need to use tools that weren’t exactly made to be used at height. Tools aren’t always light and sometimes they can be clunky and easy to drop. A dropped tool can be extremely dangerous to you and to anyone on the ground below you. That’s why we offer a full selection of tool tethers (also known as tool lanyards).
Tool tethers are essentially small versions of shock absorbing lanyards that connect to your tools and prevent them from falling to the ground if you drop them. We have a wide variety of tool tethers compatible with most variations of tools. The tethers are available in a range of lengths, colors, and attachment options. We also have kits that provide everything you need to get your tools ready for the next job.
Some tools are being made with the ability to have them tethered off, but some still aren’t and chances are that most of the older tools you have don’t have any kind of connection point. We’ve got you covered there too. Our selection of at-height tools includes tapes, traps, collars, and shrinks that will help you make your tools tether compatible.
